CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations or rescheduling are sometimes unavoidable. If you need to cancel or change your appointment this is not a problem; however, I do require a minimum of 24 hour’s notice.

This policy is in place to reflect the time reserved for your session, including preparation time. Late cancellations or missed appointments cannot usually be filled a short notice, meaning the time set aside cannot be offered to another client, and impacts the sustainability of my service.

If I need to cancel your appointment, I will always aim to provide at least 24 hours’ notice, and alternative date or time will be offered.

Cancellation charges

  • 24 hours or more notice: No charge (full refund or reschedule)

  • Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of session fee

  • No show: 100% charge (no refund)
