In the near future, we will be taking our workshops to the next level. We plan to start offering  3-7 day Spiritual retreats abroad. Retreats have always been part of our vision for inner Heights and it is a prospect that we are excited about.

We think that smaller groups are ideal for creating an intimate, comfortable environment, so that all participants can feel safe, relaxed and engaged. Nature, green living and healthy eating is important to us, as are gorgeous environments that calm the soul. We are therefore keen to run our retreats from places which match our vision, concept and passions. 

We hope you can join us in a beautiful tranquil setting, where you will meet kindred spirits. Our retreats will give you the opportunity to  learn, grow and develop your spiritual awareness, knowledge and practice. And of course have fun and totally unwind.
